You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ppvio account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ppvio will never ask you to share your password through any communication channel — including live chat, email, or WhatsApp. Any activity conducted via your account while you are logged in is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify ppvio support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. ppvio will investigate promptly and may temporarily suspend the account pending resolution. Each individual may hold one ppvio account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances and winnings voided without exception.

Wagering requirements. VIP cashback. Weekly cashback for VIP tier members is calculated on net losses (total wagers minus total winnings) during the preceding calendar week (Monday 00:00 BST to Sunday 23:59 BST). Cashback is credited to accounts every Monday before 12:00 BST. Cashback credits do not carry wagering requirements unless stated otherwise in the VIP program terms.
By using the ppvio platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

Coordinated play, match-fixing involvement, and multi-account bonus farming are treated as fraud. Detected accounts are suspended and balances voided.
Winnings obtained by exploiting any platform error or technical glitch are automatically void. Report discovered errors to support immediately.
Voluntary closure. You may request to close your ppvio account at any time by contacting support via live chat or at [email protected]. Before closing, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal timelines. Any active bonuses and associated pending winnings will be forfeited upon account closure. ppvio-initiated suspension. ppvio reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Dormant account policy. An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive calendar months of no login activity. ppvio will notify the account holder at the email address on file before applying any dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy maintenance fee of ৳50 (or the remaining balance if lower) will be deducted from dormant account balances each month until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Reactivation requires a successful login and, if required, re-completion of KYC verification.
Self-exclusion. Players wishing to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period via Account Settings. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ppvio's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — including claims relating to account balances, voided bets, bonus forfeiture, or data loss — shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited into your ppvio account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ppvio is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense of any kind arising from: (a) your failure to comply with these Terms; (b) your provision of inaccurate or false registration information; (c) unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure; (d) decisions made by you based on information displayed on the platform that is subsequently found to contain errors; (e) delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers; (f) internet connectivity issues on your end that affect your ability to place bets or access live casino tables.
Nothing in these Terms limits ppvio's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
